Locked
Detailed regional comparison (where your bill sits in the distribution), savings points, the list of questions for your vet, and the clinic message draft. The locked view still shows a summary such as "N items above the median".
Two ways to unlock

Contributing lights up your area on the map and earns XP. The first contribution to an area nobody has covered earns 3x XP.
Payment
Payments go through Polar by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Polar acts as the merchant of record and handles currency and tax. There is no auto-renewal; after 12 months you contribute or pay again.
Refunds
- Within 14 days of payment: full refund, no questions asked.
- After 14 days: refund when the fault is on our side, such as a failed reading or an access outage.
- Send refund requests through the contact link on your result page or the Polar link on your receipt. We process them within two business days.
Contributed data
Contributed bills are aggregated anonymously by amount, item and region; clinic names are never published. Originals are deleted right after reading. To withdraw a contribution, use the contact link; we remove it from the aggregate while your current 12-month access stays.
